Acupuncture

This is an ancient Chinese therapy in which very fine needles are inserted into the skin surface. These needles are inserted into strategic acupoints to stimulate vital energy points, thereby regulating the body's meridians. The goal is to stimulate blood circulation and to let stagnated QI energy (Life Force) flow again.

Acupuncture works by stimulating the body's healing and immune system. When the practitioner gently inserts the needles, you may experience a slight tingling numbness. But you will feel very relaxed due to the physiological chemical change. The practitioner will leave the needles in for about 20 to 30 minutes. The needles are sterile and are used only once.
